Due to the situation created by COVID-19 (also known as the Coronavirus) and following guidance from the Baker Administration, HCFA's physical office will be closed from Monday, March 16, 2020 until further notice but the entire staff will be working remotely. We will be available during regular hours via email and phone and will be using video-conferencing capabilities when appropriate. We are monitoring the situation and we will resume our regular operations at One Federal Street in Boston (MA), based upon recommendations from federal and state agencies. In the meantime, the HelpLine will remain operational for those who need to apply for coverage or have questions about their health insurance benefits. Please call 1-800-272-4232 if you need to contact one of our counselors. Remember that our team can assist you in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
